Although all pieces are dishwashersafe ( until stated otherwise), hand washing is recommended to take proper care while cleaning and extend their lifetime. Some glazes will look dull ( like glass ) after many times in a dishwasher. As with all ceramics, please avoid thermal shocks like putting a cold bowl ( out of the fridge) into the hot oven or a hot piece into cold water. There will be a risk of cracks.
Made to order
You can easily order everything that is currently on display in the store via the system. First come – first serve. I do not accept any orders or custom-made products because, in addition to my family and my work as a make-up artist, I do not have the time to fulfill orders on time. If items are sold out, I am unfortunately unable to provide any specific information about whether and when they will return to the store. Thank you for your understanding.
Packaging & environmental protection
It is important to me, to minimize waste and only use materials, that are re-usable, recyclable or biodegradable. If you find some plastic bubble wrap or packaging peanuts in your box, be sure they are re-used. I collect them from deliveries I receive, to avoid additional waste. Please reuse them again or dispose them correctly.
